Can't find shared team project

I am having issues recieving a shared project from my colleague for a premiere pro project. He has shared it with my email and we are both in the same college organization, yet it doesn't appear in my invitations for team projects. I've also had no emails come through with updates on a project being shared, neither has he

 

If someone could help me figure this out that would be great.

    Hi Sam,
    Just to clarify, when you mention 'shared project', I assume you mean a 'Team Project', correct?
    When you log into Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD), do you see the option to choose from multiple profiles? If so, can you log in with either profile and see if the Team Project invite shows in CCD or within Premiere Pro?


    Also, could you invite me [upawlik@adobe.com] to a new test Team Project?
