Can't Open Team Project [Error code -1606090747]

I can no longer open a team project that I am currently working on. I get the following error message. I am working with the latest version of Premiere under Windows 11 and it won't open the auto-saved version either.

Hi @Elwoodjblues1 - It might help to refresh the local project file (.tpr) which can be found in the 'Auto Save' folder whose path is specified under the 'Auto Save’ preference for Team Projects. Close Premiere and move the existing ‘[projectName].tpr’ file to a temp location. Restart Premiere and open the troublesome Team Project, the .tpr file will be re-created based on the cloud version.

Hello @Udo_Pawlik I moved the local copy from the Auto Save folder and tried to reopen the team project in Premiere. This time the programme gives me no feedback and returns to the ‘Welcome to Premiere’ start page without any comment or error message.
