Can't save or Save As

I have a project in Premiere Team Projects.

It has apparently stopped autosaving and will not save. On the bottom left hand corner I've noticed that it is alternating like crazy between the green check mark and what looks like the cloud autosave icon. However, I know this project itself is not saving.

This bottom left icon is the alternating between this icon and the green checkmark.

I'm working on a Mac right now.
