Can Team Projects work between an Individual account and an Education account?

Hi,

On After Effctes, I can create the Team Project with my individual account and invite another person who has an eduction account but when he opens the project is empty. Is there something I'm not doing correctly or is it normal, the Team Projects don't work between these two types of accounts?

Hi Bruno,

There are no Team Project restrictions and you should be able to collaborate between individual and educational accounts. But if the eduactional account is managed by an IT department, the usage of Team projects may be disabled by the admin.
Have you 'shared your changes' to the Team project and has your collaborator gotten these changes - Share and manage changes with Team Projects?

I'll do a test later with PPro, maybe it's only with After Effects that it doesn't work.

It was a version problem. After Effects doesn't seem to report this problem unlike PPro.
