Can you include an Adobe " Dynamic Link ", within a Premiere Team Project.

Question

I have an Adobe Premiere Sequence that I'm working on as a Team Project.  I've added 4 collaborators.  I'd like to include an After Effects "Dynamic Link" in there.  I've added a text layer into the sequence and tried to convert that into an "After Effects Dynamic Link."  After effects will open up with my Text in there, but there is no connectivity.  The After Effects file can be worked on, but any changes will not be reverted back into the Premiere Sequence, like a Dynamic Link should.
 
Just wondering if anyone has been successful in this attempt.

I'm not sure if it's supposed to work, but in my experience, it doesn't work well. We've had issues where the dynamic links work for some team members but not others.
