Cannot share changes after server outage yesterday

Hello,

Our entire teams workflow broke yesterday with the Adobe server outage. We can open teams projects again today, however when you make changes the 'Share my changes' button remains greyed out.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Or knows how to fix it? I've got an incredibly important project on the go and can't afford this down time.
