Changes in Project Not Showing for Collaborators

I created a team project for a video and the other collaborator on the team has all of the same media downloaded on her computer. I'm publishing my changes as I go, but when she opens the project, she has an empty timeline even though the media I've imported is there. Are we missing a step on either end? Is there a different way she should be opening the project or a way to see the content I've produced so far? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
