concerning team project

i could not create a team project , converting project to team project and open a team project.

whenever i clicked the button of creating, converting and opening, it returns to the homepage.

I assume you're using an individual license, you will have to update to PremierePro 2020 to work with Team Projects.

Which version of PremierePro are you using? Have you worked with Team Projects before and now it just stopped working?

Dear Udo,

I am using premiere 2018, i have never used team project before. I have
followed many youtube tutorial clips, but i failed to create the team
project at the very beginning.
