Confusion With Team Projects

My co worker has invited me to their team project in adobe premiere, and the invite simply isn't showing up, he sent me screenshots with my email showing that I've been invited, I've checked manage team projects and there is no invitation, no email, no notification in creative cloud... I'm at a loss here, and I haven't found anyone else with this issue. It seems like there's not reason for me to not get an invite. Very confused.

Hi -

Sorry to hear you are having troubles getting the invitation from your co-worker.  If you don't mind I have a few basic questions to ask of you to help us isolate where the problem might be. Apologies if some of these sound obvious or redundant, but they have meaning for us (I promise 🙂 )

- Does the email address associated with your Adobe ID match where your co-worker is sending the invite to?

- Are you able to create a new Team Project and successfully invite your co-worker?

- What version of Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop App are you using?

- From within Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop App, if you click on the Cloud icon in the top right-hand corner of the app window and then click on "Creative Cloud Web" to launch your internet browser to your online content, can you successfully "Share" an asset or folder with your co-worker? Can they do this same process and you get the notice of being invited to the asset? (This will test the core notificaiton and sharing events in Creative Cloud - Team Projects relies upon these services to send invitations/notices as well).

Thanks for taking the time to share your answers to the above questions. We'll be able to get to the next level to resolve this issue with you with the info you provide.
