Creative Cloud app for Microsoft Teams no longer allowing download

The Creative Cloud app for Microsoft Teams is no longer allowing downloads of files. You can go to the link button in the upper right corner of Teams (globe icon) and access the CC page directly, but this sort of defeats the purpose of downloading from the library directly through Teams.

Hi @Jimmynooch. Did you ever find an answer? It stopped working for me too and I've spent a long time with adobe support (who seemed to confuse the app with CC for Teams!) to no avail. I've uninstalled and reinstalled evrthing (destop, apps, MS teams...) but nothing seems to enable the downloads. The integration with MS Teams isn't a lot of use if this feature doesn't work.

No. To me it seems like they just changed the elipsis "download" option to the globe icon in the upper left corner, redirecting them to CC web. Total intutive design snafu. My Sales guys are lost.

Thanks - as you say, it's a bit pointless for a teams app to send you to CC web.

Same here. And still no helpful suggestion from the help desk.
