Creative Cloud Projects not opening - File syncing error

I am currently editing in a PP version V22.0. I have been using Team projects. I tried to open my project and it opened the "OPENING TEAM PROJECT" box. the top four details have loading statuses and remain that way. I have left a project "opening" for over 30 minutes now.

In my Creative Cloud app, there is a file syncing error as well. I have tried delteing my settings in my adobe folder but that has not helped. Someone who is also woring off a team project I created is experiencing the same issue.

Does anyone have any fixes?

Hi Cindy,
Were you recently prompted that your account is being migrated?
Do you have multiple accounts associated with your Email address?

If so, are you not able to open the Team Project under either account?
Could you create a test Team Project and invite me [upawlik@adobe.com] to it?

Thank you,
Udo

I am having some issues with my file syncing on my Adobe Creative Cloud.

We have tried;
1. Updating Premiere Pro
2. Uninstalled and Reinstalled Premiere Pro twice
3. Emailed Adobe support
and these have not worked.

When I launch Premiere Pro and I try to open up a team project, it doesn't open, it just loads. I have left it loading for up to an hour and still wont open.

I have noticed that I have an error on my Creative Cloud, see image below:

We have tried to enable file sharing but that has made no difference either.

I was hoping that someone would be able to enable my file sharing, or why mine has been disabled.

Hi Cindy,

Sorry. Let's move this post to the Team Projects forum, where you are more likely to get a solution. I hope that is OK.

Thanks,
Kevin
