Enable project locking is greyed out

We have a Team Project, and when I go to Preferences>Collaboration, and under Project Locking, "Enable project locking" is greyed out. How can change this? We want to enable it. This happens even when only one of us has the project open / premiere open. This is on Adobe Premiere Pro 2020.

Hi,

The project locking preference only works in context of local projects or productions.

When working in a Team Project this option is not available. Team Projects relies on visual queues to let a user know when someone else is editing a sequence - Team Project visual cues.

Hi @manisoft Academy,
What exact issue are your trying to solve? Are you working in a Team Project or a local Premiere project or production?
