For Teams and Shared Projects, do all machines need to run the same version of Premiere Pro?

I'm on a documentary with

- 1 Assistant Editor

- 2 Editors

- 2 Producers

We're trying to figure out if Teams or Shard Projects are best for us, but need to know if we all need to be running the same version of Premiere Pro. My gut tells me yes (seeing as earlier versions of PP can't readily open projects from later versions), but I can't find any confirmation of this.
