HELP! Sequence is not showing up!

I work with another producer and we need to share a project. We have invited each other and can open the team project but the sequence is not there no matter what we do. Is this a setting? And if so, can someone please tell us the best setting for sharing both the footage and sequence of an existing project? Thank you!

    Has the user who created the sequence in the project shared changes? Did the other user get the latest changes? Each of you is working in a personal branch of the project, so you can only see each other's changes if you share and get the latest. Keep in mind that if you both work on a sequence, this will create a conflict. When getting the latest changes, if there is a conflict, you must decide if you want to keep your change, or keep your collaborator's change, or take theirs and make a copy of yours.
