I can't invite collaborator to Team Project

Hi, when I'm trying to send an invite to a collaborator i get an error.

"The People Graph Service is currently unavailable. Please close the Edit Collaborators dialogue and try again later."

It's just when i click Edit in Team Project Settings.

I have this error about 5 days and I 3 times talked with Adobe support.

What i did:

Restart Premiere.

Restart computer

Install older version of Premiere

Reinstall Premiere.

Clear cache from Common Adobe folder

This error shows on all of my Team Projects. My collaborator can invite me and it works fine.

the specialist transfer me to another one but no one really solve the problem!!

they promise me they will make a call from their engineering team but my phone hasn't ring for once.

we ended up our case will escalate to higher management, so in my opinion just keep contacting them and maybe you will get some response.
