I can't work with my friend on TeamProject (After Effects)

Hi.. I have a problem that seems stupid but it is big for me as a beginner.. I opened TeamProject and invited my friend , he accepted the invitation.. then i opened a new composition and it says (synced) at the top.. I worked for several hours but then I told him to complete this composition on his computer.. But nothing that I worked on for several hours appears to him on After Effects.. It seems like I am working alone and not on TeamProject.. Any suggestions to help me solve the problem?? (We are using the latest version - I am the owner and I bought a license for my friend)

Have you Shared/Published your changes?  Share and manage changes with collaborators
In AE you don't have a 'Publish' button, you either use the 'Share my changes...' menu item or the 'Up-arrow' in the Team Projects panel.
