Importer can not be opened, general error

Hello,

The scenario: Two editors on a team project. OSX and Windows10. Both have the source material on local drives. Everything worked so far. Now my editor has 700 clips offline. Random it seems. No luck relinking filepaths in the teamproject media window. it now shows parts of one footage drive "Offline: Not usable Media connection" (I have to translate it from the german version, sorry). Adding a new filepath does not change anything.

When I look at the clip preferences it says Offline: Importer can not be opened. When I try to reconnect or even replace the clip manually Premiere won't let me. "General Error". We deleted (backup before) the team project hub folder. nothing. jumping back to previous versions of the project shows the files offline as well.

Picturelock in three days. The project works on one machine perfectly on the other one not. There is not even the chance to relink files manually!

We talked one on one and discovered that this was an issue with corrupted RAID media storage on the Mac, and was not a Team Projects problem. Can you please confirm, and mark this answer as correct if you agree?
