Is a yellow plus icon on a thumbnail a Team Projects thing?

A user on the regular forum has a yellow plus icon on a thumbnail in his Project panel thumbs view. It's a TP project, and he's trying to figure out what it is. Neither Ann Bens nor I have a clue. The OP has now suggested it might be a new asset from a collaborator ... is that correct?

Yes, that is correct. If a user adds a clip, bin,  Sequence... and shares the changes. Other collaborators who get these new assets should see the yellow Plus icon on the thumbnail or 'New From Team Project' in the 'Status' column when in list view.
