Log In problems to Team Projects in Premiere Pro 2023

When I launch Premiere Pro 2023, my recent team project does not appear.  I then click on Open Team Project, the welcome screen closes, and Premiere does not launch.  When I click Open Project, the welcome screen sometimes refreshes and shows my team project in the recent list.

    Sorry for your troubles. Are you running Premiere Pro 23.4? 
    We recently identified and fixed an issue where in rare case users could run into problems opening a Team Project. The fix is already in the current Beta version.
