Media Management not working?

When working in my Team Project, I am trying to locate files from my collaborator's computer using Media Management. When I create a folder for the media to go to, it does not seem to actually work. All the files are still offline and the folder is empty. How long do I have to wait or am I doing it wrong?

Hi @JackFancey0704,
'Media Management' doesn not actually help you to synchronize media between 2 or more computer. 
You will need to copy the media to your machine first, either via a memory stick, external drive or a synced cloud storage service such as LucidLinkDropboxGoogle Drive, or OneDrive. Once the media is available you can use the 'Media Management' dialog to point to these files to bring them online - Add and manage media in Team Projects.
