Moving Team Projects between the Adobe profiles

Has there been a resolution to the issues regarding Team Projects being saved to Personal Profiles rather than the Business Profiles? After several hours with support, they were able to migrate some of my team projects but not all of them. They said the only other option is to save them locally but I have hundreds of team project files. They have also only allowed me 2 days to do this which is not feasible with my actual work I have to do. Is there any other solution?
