Need to restart to get changes for Team Projects

Hi,

 

Everytime my co-editor share changes with me in a Team Project I ahve to restart the app to see and get his changes. If I share changes with him, it all works like normal and there's no problem at all. I've tried to reinstall the app and we both run the same version and OS. 

It is really frustrating, anyone has a clue on what might causing this?

Hi All - If anyone else is also experiencing loss of notifications (either randomly or consistently) please drop us a note/reply here. We're trying to determine the extent of the issue. Thank you!

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble working with Team Projects.
Are you running OSX_10.15.x? Do you get notifications in the Creative Cloud app when a collaborator shares any changes?
As a workaround you can try to restart the Creative Cloud app via 'CTRL+Alt+R' (Win) or 'CMD+Alt+R' (Mac)
