Offline Team Project = No Project

Hi there, I have been editing a video in Premiere Pro CC and I clicked 'New Team Project' to begin before editing happily for a few hours. I saved it, and came back to it a couple days later to find that the project file is gone and I can't find it anywhere on the Team projects tab, or on Creative Cloud. I only see these empty folders on my local drive:

the Mouthfull kickstarter promotional is empty, as it is in the Captured Video and Audio folders too. I was wondering if this is a fault of using CC offline?? and How I can retrieve this work. Thanks.
