Premiere converting Team Project to local project when exporting timeline as XML

I've been having an incredibly odd issue where any time I attempt to export one of my timelines as an XML file (to round-trip it to Pluraleyes and back since the Premiere extension for that seems to be a total lost cause at this point), Premiere converts the project I'm working in into a local project saved in my Documents>Adobe>22.0 folder. Is anyone able to reproduce this issue and is there any fix for it?
