Premiere Pro says I'm disconnected from Team Projects

For some reason today, no matter which team project I open, it says Disconnected under changes and I'm not able to Publish or Update.  When I look I try to look at team project settings  it says this in  the window:

My internet connection is normal and I'm able to sign into creative cloud so I'm no sure what issue is.  Everything was working yesterday.
