Premiere Pro Team Project Not Updating

Hello,

My two team members and I are trying to edit a video using premiere pro. When one team member presses the publish button it is not showing up on either of the other two. There is nothing on the timeline. The media is the only thing that is being shared. Also, the update button is greyed out without the option to press it. What should I do?

    Does the 'Update' button light up when you close and re-open the project?

    It does not. I am able to publish the files we both have shared but the update button stays greyed out. There is also no button to update/upload any work done on the timeline like I saw in tutorial videos. We both have Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 version.

    Me and my classmate are also facing the exact same issue. We both can see the published media but when changes are made to the video timeline, neither of us can see eachothers work. If you found the solution to this issue please reach out to me, I would really appreciate it. 🙂
