Premiere Pro Team Project - Resolve Conflicts (empty window)

When trying to share a team-project, I get a window that says "resolve conflicts" but the window itself is empty. No matter what option I select the only "button" I can click is "Stop Resolving" which basically cancels the operation.

HELP - We can't publish changes until this is fixed!

Have you tried signing out of your CC Desktop app, and back in? Sometimes syncs with the TP process and CC App syncs seem to get outta whack.

Sorry for your trouble with Team Projects.
What version of PremierePro are you using?
Can you and another collaborator create an actual conflict by making a minor edit to the same sequence or media, and see if the conflict resolution resolves current state?
