Premiere Pro Team Projects will not open.

I am having an issue where I am unable to open any team projects. I am on Windows with everything up to date and using the latest versions. I have the same issue with the Beta version. I open premiere, go to File > Open Team Project and select any team project from the list and when I click on it, the "opening team project" box breafly appears as normal, but then once it goes away, nothing happens. I have lots of team projects I need to access.

I first thought it might have been a corrupted project but my colleagues can access them without issue and I have tried to open any of them and it's still giving me the same issue. I have tried uninstalling Premiere Pro and installing the Beta version and it gives the same issue.

Everything was working fine yesterday, but at the end of the day, Premiere Pro Team Project I was working on stopped saving and wouldn't publish and then froze, so I had to force quit using the Task Manager. After that, the problem began.

If I make a new team project now, it will open but I am unable to add collaborators. 

any help would be very much appreciated.
