Premiere Project opens empty project

I'm working on a premiere teams project with about 3000 assests. A few times now, the project has opened an empty project. The empty project has no bins, no timelines, no media - everything is empty.

When opening the project this Error code "-1609826100" appears and asks to open a previous version. The version that opens is empty.

The work around is to have a collaborator "save as" and then re-shares the project. It works for a few days then the problem reappears again.

Hi There, is there any solution for this problen?
All the many hours of work seems lost because the Teams Project just shows an empty timeline?
Why is this happening? Why this "feature"?
Please let me know if somebody has a workaround.
    Thanks,

    Hi,

Sorry for your troubles with Team Project and thank you for the workaround info. Do you mind providing some additional information?

    • What version of Premiere Pro are you using?
    • Do other collaborator see the same issue?
    • Does the empty Team Project have the same name as the one you were trying to open?
    • Does the 'Team Project Local Hub' connection status indicator (bottom left) show as a green checkmark?
    • Is the error code displayed in context of an error message?  Can you provide a screenshot?

    Thank you,
    Udo
