Premiere's Reveal in finder points to incorrect file

Has anyone run into this bug recently where you go to a video file in your bin in Premiere and right clicked on it and choose "reveal in finder" and it points to a music track on your external hard drive instead of the actual video file that you're looking for? I've ran into this a handful of times on premiere (normal/local premiere project file) and then yesterday on a Team version of a premiere project file. I've come across this bug sporatically not just on my iMac desktop but yesterday on imac laptop. and I'm pretty sure I've seen this bug on the last 2 versions of premiere. Does anyone know how to fix this?
