Premiere Team Project won't open after team project owner left enterprise organization

I am part of an enterprise account and premiere team projects that were shared with me are appearing empty. The owner of the project shared the team project with me and since then has left the company and the company deleted his account.

I can see the team projects but I can not open them. How can I get those files restored?

Do you still see the team project in the Media Browser with the assets intact? In this case you can try to create a 'New Team Project from Version...' - View versions of team projects.
