Sequence File was deleted and Previous version won't import

My sequence file was deleted for a team project I'm working on. There is a backup of the sequence file saved to the creative cloud which I can see in the "Previous Versions" section. It just won't import or open.  When I click it it gives me a loading bar and says "Importing" then nothing (attached screenshot).  Same thing happens if I try to drag it into the timeline. I've been working on this project for a couple months now and really don't want to start over. Please help!
