Solo editing between 2 different computers

Does Team Projects allow me to share a project across muliple computers with a single Adobe account? I am using a single student Creative Cloud Account and attempting to work on one project on multiple computers. I have a project that I would like to work on both at school and at home, I descovered Team Projects but do not know if it applies to my situation.
