Team can't share After Effects changes or open projects

Hi all,

As a team, we have multiple projects on the go but members are experiencing different problems.

• One project is up-to-date for one team member but they can't share changes (the option is greyed out) and everyone else is viewing an older version.
• One team member is an owner of an existing separate project and is having the following problems:
  • They can't open it and are stuck on the loading screen
  • They can't invite anyone else to the project to see if they can open it
  • They can seem to start a new project, share changes and invite others to it.

We are all up-to-date and running the latest version of AE.

Can anyone please help?
