Team Project auto-saves damaged

I am currently working on a project with a lot of footages and episode so we created a Team project on Premiere with other editor. It worked fine til just now.

I was editing the video just now and my Macbook memory was running low. Then there was a error saying that autosave could not be completed in the past one minute. I decided to shut down the project and reopen it. However, after I reopened it, the changes I made the past few days have been lost. When I checked the autosave record, the latest version is the one a few days ago.

I closed and reopened with Preimire a few times throughout these few days, but it never happened like this. 

When I checked the local hub folder just now, there's a "projectdata-damaged" file with extension .rope. Is there any way for me to fetch the Premiere project file through this .rope file ? 

I worked hours on this already and the latest edits have not been published to other collaborators yet.. : (
