Team Project Broken again...

I was starting to get comfortable with the latest beta build, and (at my own risk, I know), started using it on a live client project.  As luck would have it, this evening when I go to push the changes to the server it just hands on the 'Save Team Project' dialogue, on the 'Adding assets to user session'. Cant save as, can't convert to normal project. So basically I guess that if I try and close Premiere, I can only do this with a force quit, and therefore I will lose all the work since the last push (a few hours ago) - unless anyone has any other ideas?!
