Just chiming in to say we just had this happen on our team as well today. We're all also running Premiere Pro 24.3. and have over 30 team projects and now only one of our team members can't access any of the team projects they originally could this morning. We're all on site and are all connected via the same internet so it shouldn't be an issue with the  connection to the server, since the remaining 3 team members can still access the projects. Sorry not more helpful but currently troubleshooting with no success. Trying to see if upgrading to 24.6 will help

I am having similar issues since the update, team projects dissapear from team members even though they are on the team, they cant see the the project. also now what happend is one of the team members was busy editing got the error you got, he closed the app, now the project file dissapeard for him and I cant work on it because premiere thinks he is still editing on it.
