Team Project Invite not received

Question

Hello,

I thought to try the team project on this job, so i set a project and tried inviting my friend at three different emails, he is not receiving any invite email. I tried his adobe account email (hotmail) as well as other.

Do we need any special account type to make this work?

Can we not generate a link to send manualy?

Hi Johnny,generally, you should be able to invite anyone whose email address is connected to valid Adobe license. You don't need a special account type to collaborate in a Team Project, however administrators for Teams/Enterprise/Educational licenses can disable Team Projects.
