Team project issues

I'm having an issue with team projects this morning. I can't invite colaberators and any team project I create will not sync from my desktop to my laptop and the other way around. When attempting to add colaberators while creating the team project, I get the error that premiere was unable to send the invitation. I also get the attached error when trying to add colaberators after project creation.

Is there some issue with the service for team projects right now? I have tried on 3 different computers, connected to 2 different networks/internet connections, with 2 different versions of promiere pro, on mac and pc, with 2 different adobe IDs.
