Team Project Media keeps going offline

Hello, 

 

I am currently working on a team project, and whenever I attach the proxies, I will be able to edit and do my work for around 15-20 mintutes and the media goes offline. This means I have been constantly reattaching the proxies again and again in order to do work for my team project and I'm not sure why it keeps doing that. I have other footage I attached the proxies to and it the media seems to stay online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @kevin.n.2,

    I read your message. Sounds like your media is going offline for some reason. Where is the media stored? Is it local? Internally, externally, in the cloud, or on a server? Very unusual problem. More info can help. Let us know.

    The media is stored on the cloud (DropBox).

    Hey Kevin,

    Try a test with the media stored locally and not touched by any remote folders. For a stable workflow, the latter is not recommended by most editors.
