Team project repeatedly crashes and autosaves are full of "Missing Assets"

I had a team project that was working fine for a while and then suddenly I could no longer open it or even create a new project from an autosave. When I tried, I would get an erorr: "The Team project could not be synchronized due to a network error. please try to open the Team Project again". There was no network issue on my end. this occurred with every autosave version I tried to  create a new project from.

I finally just created a new project and a was able to pull in the bare minimum of media and sequences to do my most urgent work. Then the project crashed again and when relaunched, it's full of media and nested sequences that simply show up as "Missing Asset" with no ability to relink.

Every attempt to get tech support has been a massive waste of time with agents that seem like they are poorly programmed bots or 3rd graders with not even the most basic knowledge. Seriously, Adobe - Why even pretend to offer tech support?

    Hi @ds_aliengirl,
Do you mind inviting me [upawlik@adobe.com] to the troublesome Project?

    Best,
    Udo

I've invited you to several versions of the project. The original one was from v23.4 but the cloud version does not contain at least of day of work where syncing did not work. The subsequent projects were my various attempts to use (local) auto saves in order to relaunch the project. At one point, I "upgraded" to v23.6 in the hope that might help (It did not). When I was able to create new projects from auto saves, quitting PP and re-opening the project resulted in entire scenes (nested sequences) showing up as single clips labelled as "Missings Assets".

To be honest, I'm kind of over working in team projects at this point. It's simply not a stable, professional tool. Premiere may be a fine app for short form projects, but I am finally accepting that it is not built for feature length films. My initial inquiry to "tech support" was nearly 2 weeks ago and the level of "support" was an absolutely joke. Seriously, you'd be better off not offering any tech support at all rather than this fake notion that there is someone on the other end who has even the most basic knowledge of the software. I haven't used AVID in years, but I do recall that the app is super stable and they have actual, well-trained people you can call to help with technical issues. If I wasn't so far along with my project, I would make the leap right now.
