Team Project Screen

Hi

I'm having issues accessing my Team Projects page on Premiere Pro.

When I try to open up the page, I am greeted with a black screen and nothing will load.

I am wondering if this may be an issue with my firewall, however, there doesn't seem to be an issue there (although it could be I am looking in the wrong places).

I have tried a complete reinstall of the entire Adobe Library and Adobe Creative Cloud but that doesn't seem to have worked either.

Any suggestions will be appreciated 🙂

 

Currently running Windows 10, Premiere Pro 15.4

[Moved from Premiere Pro to Team Projects community]

Hi Baker001,
When you go to 'File > Open Team Project...', the 'Manage Team Projects' dialog should appear, but nothing is happening for you? What happens if you try 'File > New > Team Project...'?

 

If the issue persists could you email or DM me the last 'Team Projects local Hub log' under following path?:
[drive:]\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Team Projects Local Hub\2.0\logs

Unfortunately, I am greeted with the same black screen when trying to make a new Team Project.
