Team Project Upgrade from Premiere Pro CC 2019 to 2020

In the late stages of a team project with a deadline looming and having a lot of issues with Premiere Pro 2019 crashing.  Feeling the urge to switch the project to Premiere Pro 2020.  When attempting, I get a warning saying that sharing changes will not work for other team project members if I update.  Is there a way for all team project contributors to update to 2020 and have it work? Is there any risk?  I've searched online and forums and haven't found any helpful answers. Anxiety level starting to creep up! Ha.

Hi,
Anyone currenty collaborating on the Team Project has a Team or Enterprise license and should be able to update to the latest Premiere Pro version.
You can create a copy of the current project per (Files > Save as ... ) in PPRO_2019 and then open it in PPRO_2020 or right-click the Team Project in the Media Browser and choose 'New Team Project from Version...'. Once you have confirmed that the update to PPRO_2020 didn't have negative effects on the duplicated Team Project you can invite the other collboarorators running PPRO_2020.

Udo
