Team Project won't connect

This is my first time trying to use a team project.

I went ahead and created it, thinking to add the other members later when I figure a few things out.

But now when I go to Team Project Settings, it says I'm disconnected from Team projects and cannot add collaborators.

Anyone know how to connect. I'm pretty sure it's not an internet problem.

Does the issue persist after a machine restart?

Sorry for the delay. It did seem to resolve itself once I restarted the team project.
