Team Project won't show up

I have a team project that my partner shared with me however when I go onto the project, the preview says that I don't have anything there even though on my friends' computer it works. What can I do to fix this?

You each have to have local access to all the media, the TP shared via the Adobe CC Cloud is only the project file.

 

So ... do you have all the media of that project in the same folder structure somewhere on your computer?
