Team Projects in Premiere Pro invite error

Whenever an invite is sent for a new team project it results in an error sending message. I've ensured my students have their settings on collaboration, signed in on CC, and verified with the IT department that nothing on the school's end is blocking the invites and that the license is Enterprise. How can this be resolved?

    The only email I received was a list of phone numbers. Am I supposed to pass this along to the school's IT department?
