Team Projects not loading

Hi guys, new to the forums and hopeful of some help from the professionals

I updated Premiere Pro yesterday (2017.1.1 release) and the software hangs when trying to log into Team Projects.

Earlier I was able to load the projects without any issues but the content seemed to be locked in "Read Only" mode.

I haven't come across this issue before, and I've been searching the forums and google for similar problems, but to no avail.

Thanks guys,

Shaun

Please make sure you are opening the sequence from the Team Projects panel and NOT the Media Browser as all assets in Team Projects from the Media Browser are read-only as these are shared versions.

Please make sure you are logged in to the Creative Cloud.

If this problem persists, quit Premiere and make sure the Team Projects Local Hub process is not running.

Then, once again, make sure you are logged in to CC through the CC app.

Start Premiere. You should be able to access Team Projects.

Thanks for that! I hadn't opened the program in a while so it connected to the Team projects without any issue.

Although I still have a problem. When I import the sequence I have created it shows as "Read Only" and cannot be edited.

Would there be a reason for this? No-one else has access to this at the moment.

    Thanks,

    Shaun
