Question

Team projects not opening - error auto save files

Hi, I am a collaborator in a Team Project and I am having problems opening the team project I was working in. When I try to open it again it keeps saying "There is an error opening the auto-save from (time), Do you want to open the previous auto saved version from (time) instead?" The options are "Cancel" or "Open". I click "Open" and it says it again with the previous version and like this millions of times. I tried opening it in another computer and it worked, but I need to work in the original computer (mine). Why is that and how can I fix it? I already tried searching for the autosave files, disconnecting internet, rebooting the router and the computer. The thing is that I didn't share the last changes so I am guessing no one else have my changes, so is not a solution to ask for another person to load the changes.

Thank you

Hi,

Sorry for your troubles with Team Project.
Have you tried reverting to a previous Auto-Save version via the Media Browser -- View and restore auto-saves ?
Since you were able to open the team project on another machine, you can try to rename or move the folder that contains the local database from e.g. from '2021' to 'renamed_2021:
Database location:

[Mac] /Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub/2021

[Win] C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\2021

After you renamed the folder and launch PPRO, the local database that holds your project information will be re-written to a new '2021' folder.

[Important] You may loose your last local edits that haven't been synched prior to synchronization failure.

Best,
Udo

Hi Udo, thanks for your answer.

I searched the local database you said but I couldn't find it. I search for this:

[Mac] /Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub/2021

But inside "Common" folder I only have one folder that is called "Plug-ins"...

Coud it be because I am not the creator/administrator of the project? I was invited to work in it amd I was doing so.
