Team Projects slow sharing and recieving changes

Question

We are using Team Projects with Premiere 2023. We've noticed that sharing and getting changes is very responsive early in the morning(before 10am) and after 6pm. However, as the day goes on it gets slower and slower to the point where between 5pm and 6pm it's nearly impossible. Sometimes we get synchronization errors, sometimes it just hangs up, sometimes it crashes after hanging up etc. Then, after 6pm it clears up and we are able to share and receive changes easily. Any one have any guidance on resolving this?

Thank you for posting this issue. Can you share what time zone you are located in? We are in talks with our internal teams on this to see if they are aware of any known issues here.

Can you elaborate further on the responsiveness with sharing - are you experiencing longer and longer delays in other editors receiving notifications when someone shares? Or does the act of sharing and waiting for that operation to complete is taking longer and longer?

Additionally, if you can provide a screenshot of any synchronization errors you see that would help as well. Plus any crash logs.

I'll ask our Sr. QE to reach out as well to collect additional information that will help us identify what is causing these issues for you.
