Teamproject dissappeared?

Hi!

I started Premiere Pro after a few months and tried to open a recent teamproject.

I tried to start the project from ''recent'' and clicked on the project.

The project didn't open and premiere crashed. After I opend Premiere again, the project was gone... nowhere to find, not even in de mediabrowser.

It's 100% sure that I did not rename or archived the project. I can find the preview files from the project on my local HD, but nothing else. Is there any solution for this? Or is there a way to find autosaves from this project, without seeing the project itself in the mediabrowser?

I hope there is someone who can help me with this!

Do you have multiple Adobe plans associated with the same email address? When you try to log out of Creative Cloud and then back in do you see following profile selector dialog?

If yes, can you try to log into both profiles and see if the Team Project appears under either of them?
In case Team Projects appear under the wrong profile feel free to contact me directly [upawlik@adobe.com] - We have a tool that let's you move Team Project between profiles.

Best,
Udo

Thanks! I tried..  We use the project with two collaborators, but both of the accounts only have one (licensed) profile. Still not found the project!

Could you send me the email address associated with the Creative Cloud subscription for the user who created that Team Project? And when was the last time you were able to open the now missing Team Project?

Team Projects are stored on the Adobe CC cloud, not on your drive like a local project.

You need to go through the File/Open Team Project process or the Media Browser panel to get to Team projects.
